What's the difference between a wedding planner and an on-the-day wedding planner?

An on the day wedding planner receives a handover from the couple anytime around 4-12 weeks before the big day. A wedding planner joins you at the beginning of your wedding planning journey, handling the entire process

When is an ideal time to connect to an on-the-day wedding planner?

The ideal time is around 4-12 weeks. However, if that time frame has passed and you need a coordinator for the day, do not hesitate to get in contact, we’ll have a discussion and we'll see what we can do to help.

How involved will I be in the planning process?

We understand that every couple has different preferences when it comes to involvement in the planning process. Our role is to provide as much or as little support as you desire. We'll work closely with you to understand your vision and ensure that your level of involvement is exactly what you're comfortable with.

While we specialise in coordinating weddings at dry hire venues, we offer our services for all types of venues. Whether you need full planning support or just assistance on the day itself

What area do you cover? 

​We cover Greater London and beyond. Please note that additional costs may apply for events held outside Greater London. Contact us for a bespoke quote.
